Spotify for Symbian was so much better. Where is forward/rewind in Windows Phone version? What has happened to Bluetooth support? Can't skip/search songs with a car stereo button anymore. Many bugs, see list on Spotify's discussion forum. I think Spotify's Windows Phone software developers really need help. Nokia, please be kind, do something and don't force us to switch to Android or iPhone.

I have the same problem!!! Search button opens Bing page just like on my computer (i've checked my settings and they are correct). What else can i do?

I'm glad you're open minded enough to see all this. I've been a nokia user since forever, never owned an iphone (currently user of a Galaxy S). But let's face it. The HUGE leap forward.. we owe it to Apple, no matter how close minded that company may be sometimes, when it comes to certain aspects. We would still be a decade back, had it not been for the iphone. And like I said, never owned a device of theirs.

I also just purchased Spotify premium for my N9. It's an excellent app, but unfortunately I didn't get to use it much on my vacation. Mainly because I was not clever enough to download songs for offline use, but also because nearly everywhere I drove, there was only 2G service (or none) and so it wouldn't work. 3G or wifi is a must for this app to work properly.

I recently did the same kind of thing. I had an E75 back in 2009, sold it when I got my N900 six months later, and a few months ago got all nostalgic and bought another E75 on eBay for $100. WOW. I can't agree more about the clunkiness and inelegance. Running on a 400MHz processor, a 2.4" screen, S60, it's all so awful. What was I thinking?? I am a proud owner of an N9, and going from that to the E75 is like going from a Porsche to a Fiat Panda. I'll keep it in the drawer for nostalgic purposes (I actually LOVED it in 2009!) and maybe in 10 years time I'll look at it again and marvel at how technology has progressed. Even though I don't own an iPhone, part of me can't help but admit that if it wasn't for the iPhone, I wouldn't own the current love o my life, the Nokia N9 :)

I did the steps as you told me, the flash light didn't stop blinking, I waited about an hour and nothing, I unpluged and the flash light stoped, I restarted the phone and I got a circle arrow, I tried to reflash but nothing, Is there anything I could do?

It's mid-July. There's no chance that Nokia-Microsoft could come up with a phone to compete with the Samsung IIIs and deliver it to market by this November-December. I mean, the way Nokia releases phones, they have to announce it and there have to be shadowy photos and fragmentary videos showing up on blogs for at least 9 months. Then the phone will be released in Bulgaria and Norway first (no offense intended, Bulgaria and Norway). It'll take at least 3 months to become widely available. Even then, it would only be available in an unlocked version in the U.S. And it might not come with Windows Phone 8, and might not be able to be upgraded to WP8.

Really, this doesn't bode well for Nokia. Or Windows Phone.

holy crap am i the only person it didnt work for? :( its been off now for over 2 hours im really worried now! my phone just randomly turned off when i was at the gp today and ive done reset, soft reset and hard reset and nothing!!!
